Your item has a warranty from the date of purchase from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. We shall repair or replace free of cost any defective cookware.

If a repair is not possible and a replacement is necessary and the original specification is not available, it may be necessary to replace the item with a product of similar value. Please note in that  case of a cookware set only the faulty item will be replaced.

The warranty does not cover Rusting because Rusting is not defect. If you don’t maintain properly in accordance with the care Instruction. Cast Iron Cookware may be Rusted.

Terms & Conditions:-

✔️Feroall Castiron Cookware is warrantied against defects in material and workmanship. This is a lifetime warranty under normal household use. 

✔️Defects include broken handles, cracks or leaks in the product

✔️Fair wear and tear, rusting, food sticking to the product, black residue is not a defect.

✔️Unevenness or roughness of the surface, seasoning variation is not a defect 

✔️The layers of seasoning may flake or chip during use- these are not defects and are not warrantied- All this does not affect the functioning of the cookware 

✔️This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use, stains discoloration / damage from overheating, or discoloration caused by dishwasher use or use of sharp metal utensil

✔️The Glass lids are not covered under the warranty. Warranty is only for the Castiron cookware products 

✔️The cookware must be used and maintained properly in accordance with the printed instructions contained in the instruction manual given with the cookware and all instructions given in the caution alongside

✔️The cookware Must not be damaged or weakened by any repair by an unauthorized person

✔️The complete cookware must be returned to us at the buyer’s cost and the warranty card and invoice must be produced along with the cookware 

✔️Please note that in the case of a cookware set only the faulty item will be replaced.

✔️Subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions, we shall repair or replace free of cost any defective cookware at our option

✔️Do register your product with us so that you can avail warranty if required in future
